Our Benefits

As a learning environment, CCM is committed to educating its students and employees.  Employees get the benefit of always growing and learning through classes or adding a certificate or degree to further their professional development. Many employees continue their studies by taking advantage of CCM’s Tuition Waiver and Tuition Reimbursement opportunities.

Being part of the CCM community, employees have the opportunity to participate in monthly employee engagement events, performances, gallery exhibitions, planetarium shows and participate in volunteer opportunities.  We encourage employees to build community on campus through connecting with others across campus.  There are ample spaces to meet up with co-workers, enjoy a bite to eat or even work-out or jump in the pool for a swim.  Our campus boasts 222 beautiful acres where many employees can be found walking during their lunch break in the Spring, enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Employment Statement

CCM is committed to excellence through diversity, and as such, we encourage applicants from all people including members of ethnic/racial minorities, from veterans, and from persons with disabilities.

Smoke Free Campus

CCM is a smoke free campus. The Policy prohibits smoking in all campus buildings and anywhere on the grounds of the college campus except that smoking will be permitted in personal vehicles.
