Campus Crime Statistics and Information
What is the Clery Report?
The Jeanne Clery Act, (Originally titled The Student Right To Know and Campus Security Act) was established by the Department of Education in 1991. This act requires colleges and universities to prepare, publish and distribute certain crimes to students, employees and the general public annually and/or upon request.
A daily crime log is maintained which contains reported crimes covered under the Jeanne Clery Act that occurred on college property or contiguous areas. This log can be viewed at the Randolph Campus, in the Public Safety Department.
Anyone may have immediate viewing access to the log for the current 60 day period. Upon request, the Public Safety Department will make any portion of the log that is older than 60 days available within two business days.
