The Entrepreneurship program at County College of Morris helps aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals develop the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to launch and grow a business. Through practical instruction, industry expertise, community partnerships, and the use of AI and emerging technologies, participants learn how to move from an initial idea to a business ready for its next step.

Our approach emphasizes hands-on learning, real-world applications, and guidance informed by industry experience. Participants will work toward developing a Business Launch Portfolio—a collection of practical tools and resources to support the development, launch, and growth of a business.
Through this process, participants will explore:
- Business Concept and Validation: Define a business idea, identify target customers, research market demand, and evaluate opportunities.
- Business Planning and Financial Strategy: Develop a business plan, explore startup costs, understand pricing, and identify potential funding resources.
- Branding and Digital Marketing: Build a brand identity, identify the right marketing channels, reach target audiences, and promote products or services.
- Business Operations: Explore the processes, tools, and systems needed to manage daily operations and support growth.
- AI and Technology Integration: Discover how AI and digital tools can support research, planning, productivity, marketing, customer engagement, and business operations.
