Cybersecurity courses:
Cybersecurity Fundamentals for ISC2 (CPC-673E)
This course introduces students to foundational cybersecurity concepts aligned with the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification. It is designed as an entry-level program for individuals seeking to begin a career in cybersecurity or enhance their understanding of security principles.
Students will cover the following ISC2 CC domains:
- Domain 1: Security Principles
- Domain 2: Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR) & Incident Response Concepts
- Domain 3: Access Controls Concepts
- Domain 4: Network Security
- Domain 5: Security Operations
Course Requirements
- Students must have access to a laptop or desktop computer
- Students must have access to webcam and a reliable internet connection
- Active participation in class discussions and activities
- Attendance is required for at least 80% of sessions
- Completion of quizzes and practice assessments
8 sessions: 16 hours, CEU 1.6
