Students Returning to CCM
If you previously attended CCM as a matriculated student (pursuing an associate’s degree or a certificate)
- you do not have to submit a new admissions application or fee, but you will need to submit a Re-Enroll form to registrar@ccm.edu to update your information and ensure you have an active CCM account (email, Blackboard, Titans Direct). In addition, if you attended another college and would like credits transferred to CCM, please submit official transcripts to the CCM Admissions Office.
If you previously attended CCM as a non-matriculated student (not pursuing an associate’s degree or certificate)
- you wish to pursue a degree or certificate, you will need to submit a Request to Matriculate Form and verification of high school graduation (HS transcript or a copy of diploma) and college transcripts (if applicable) to registrar@ccm.edu.
If you previously attended CCM as a visiting student and have an active student account
- you do not have to submit a new application or fee. You may proceed directly Titans Direct to register for classes.
