Fifth Consecutive Year for Esteemed College President
County College of Morris (CCM) President Antony J. Iacono has been recognized consistently as an influencer in higher education by ROI-NJ, a highly respected business publication in the state. Iacono was included on ROI-NJ’s Influencers: Power List 2024 – Higher Education.
Iacono has been featured on this list for five consecutive years, alongside several esteemed higher education colleagues, and was one of only three community college presidents included this year. In its ranking, ROI-NJ credited Iacono for the recently announced plans for a $30 million, 70,000-square-foot center for healthcare education. This facility will allow CCM to expand its healthcare programs in order to meet the growing medical needs throughout Morris County.
ROI-NJ has acknowledged Iacono previously for his outstanding achievements beyond being named on its Influencers Power List – Higher Education. President Iacono has also been honored on various lists from the publication including Higher Education Top 25 Most Influential Presidents (2022), Influencers: Manufacturing (2022) and Influencers Higher Education Community Colleges (2021).
“It is truly a privilege to be honored by ROI-NJ as a distinguished leader in higher education within the state. Being featured on a list alongside exceptionally gifted and respected individuals, all of whom have made impressive contributions to student success, is incredibly humbling,” said Iacono. “At CCM, we take immense pride and gratitude in the community partnerships we continuously build which enable us to fulfill our mission of empowering individuals to achieve their aspirations.”
