Longo Planetarium
One Sky is an international collaboration which created a series of short full dome planetarium films for children, each representing the perspective of a different culture from around the globe. The show includes a story about Orion from the Greeks, the Thunderbird from the Navajo and the great Celestial Canoe from the Innu people of Northern Canada. The show also explores how Hawaiians used the sky as a compass for their voyages throughout the Pacific Ocean.
This 40-minute show is recommended for kids ages 6 and up.
