Our team of dedicated and enthusiastic faculty members are committed to providing premier educational programs to equip students with the intellectual, technical and professional competencies needed to excel. Through our comprehensive curriculum and expert instruction, we strive to support your growth and success in your chosen career path. Our departments evolve with current technologies and industry standards while maintaining traditional face-to-face teaching.
Our teaching laboratories, including the Paragano Family Foundation Healthcare Simulation Center, provide real-world, hands-on training using state-of-the-art computer technology, software, specialized equipment and simulation tools. The forthcoming 80,000-square-foot Center for Health Professions will further expand cutting-edge resources on campus and will provide the space for current and new programs. Our Landscape and Horticultural Technology Building, CCM’s first LEED building, reflects our commitment to conserving natural resources through sustainable landscape design and management with geothermal heating and cooling, photovoltaic roof panels, and a vegetated flat roof and rain collection system.
Many of the school’s programs lead to an Associate of Science (A.A.) degree, Associate of Applied Science (A.S.) degree or a for-college credit Certificate of Achievement. Faculty members maintain close relationships with local industry partners who support the college in various forms including donations, internships and scholarships, and who hire students after graduation. In addition, CCM provides articulation agreements which establish the course equivalences between the two-year and four-year institutions to ease the transfer process for students.
It is a pleasure to welcome you to our student-centered learning community that provides a high-quality education leading to a career in the health and natural science fields. We are proud that approximately 100% of our recent nursing program graduates passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX®-RN) on their first attempt. We believe if you can dream it, you can do it, and the School of Health Professions and Natural Sciences at CCM will be there every step of the way! Please let us know how our faculty and staff can assist you in reaching your goals.
