Daily Record Readers Say CCM Is the Best Educational Institution

The readers of the Daily Record have selected County College of Morris (CCM) as the “Best Educational Institution” in the 2010 Readers’ Choice poll. The category “Educational Institution” is a new one that was included for the first time in the 2010 survey.

“It is deeply rewarding to know that the people of Morris County value the quality educational institution they have in their community college,” said Dr. Edward J. Yaw, CCM president. “It also is particularly noteworthy given that this was the first time readers were asked to vote on an educational institution and CCM was their clear choice. We thank all of those who selected County College of Morris as the best educational institution in the area.”

CCM’s mission is to provide individuals with an outstanding, affordable and high quality education. Today, CCM offers more than 70 academic programs, more than 30 certificate programs, and more than 300 non-credit courses for those seeking to improve and enrich their lives. More than 40,000 students have graduated from CCM with their associate’s degree since the college’s opening in 1968.
