The Office of Financial Aid provides funding and advice, promotes and advertises information on available resources to students and their families, and assists them with meeting their financial obligations to the college. At the same time the department attempts to reduce any potential out-of-pocket education expenses in a friendly atmosphere with efficient quality service.

HOURS :

It is preferred that students and family members reduce their need to visit our office in person by uploading document(s) requested to Titans Direct or emailing their questions/concerns only to finaid@ccm.edu.  The filed FAFSA or NJ Alternative Aid Application results and ALL requested documents MUST be received for eligibility determination.  Registered students not awarded by the bill due date are required to pay their tuition and fees out-of-pocket, and will be refunded their eligibility amount once disbursed.  Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the review of recently submitted documents; and in few cases, awarding may take up to 21 business days due to required corrections by federal and or state processing centers.
