The Writing Center is located on the first floor of DeMare Hall, DH 156 inside the Tutoring Center.  Tutoring is conducted by faculty tutors only.  Services include one-on-one tutoring appointments, walk-ins, and workshops. Tutors identify writing problems, provide instruction in theory, and offer practice for written improvement in any subject/course. Tutors can offer pre-paper and post-paper consultations.  All Writing Skills students are strongly encouraged to attend tutorial sessions as part of their developmental course requirements. Sessions are in 20-minute increments.
