NOTE: 2020 summer research opportunities are cancelled this year due to the COVID-19 as campuses are closed for in person participation.

Please complete the  Summer Research Application to be considered for a summer research opportunity through the B2B program. Research opportunities are usually over a 10 week period in the summer with a required 120-150 hours of completion. You must be an active participant in the B2B program at CCM to be considered for a summer research opportunity.

Summer Research Application

Terms of participation in summer research includes attendance at GS-LSAMP/NNJ B2B Research Conference at Rutgers University New Brunswick, usually held on a Friday in October.   The conference starts with breakfast and the keynote address followed by student poster presentations.   You will be responsible to:

  • Compose an abstract of your research project
  • Create a poster of your research and present it at the conference

 

Tips for adding your presentation to your resume and making a research poster.

Format: Authors. Paper or Poster Title. Paper or Poster presented at: Meeting title with Full Association Title; Date of Presentation; Location of Conference.

Example: Durbin D, Kallan M, Elliott M, Arbogast K, Cornejo R, Winston F. Risk of injury to restrained children from passenger air bags. Poster presented at: 46th Annual Meeting of the Association for the Advancement for Automotive Medicine; September 20, 2002; Tempe, AZ.
