ROI-NJ Applauds the Service of Dr. Pamela Marcenaro
A champion and passionate advocate for college access and student success, Dr. Pamela Marcenaro, Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management at County College of Morris (CCM), has been named by ROI-NJ to its Influencers: People of Color list.
“It is such a special honor to be named to this list of individuals committed to the success of others,” said Marcenaro. “I’m also incredibly proud of the work CCM has undertaken to ensure the success of diverse populations, including becoming part of the Achieving the Dream network.”
Marcenaro first joined CCM in 2010 as Director of the Educational Opportunity Fund program, which provides financial assistance and support services to New Jersey students from educationally and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. She then served as Dean of Learning Support and Opportunity Services before becoming Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management in 2022.
At CCM, she also served as director and oversaw the successful launch – during the pandemic – of Dover College Promise, which provides qualified middle and high school students with the opportunity to secure a college path. She also has served as co-chair of the college’s Achieving the Dream Core Team since the college became part of the network in 2018.
She has a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership from Rowan University, an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BS in Business Management from William Paterson University.
