Center for Entrepreneurship & Culinary Science
Spanning over 11,000 square feet, the Center for Entrepreneurship & Culinary Science (CECS) opened in the Spring 2026 Semester. It represents a groundbreaking collaboration between the college, the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and local businesses to fuel innovative learning and opportunity for students, entrepreneurs and the broader community. The CECS is built to serve innovators, founders, and small business creators at every step of their business development. With both certificates and degrees available, CCM has created an ecosystem that promotes fast, non-credit workforce training, targeted skill development, and flexible academic pathways. Entrepreneurs can take advantage of direct access to practical tools, business expertise, company training, mentorship, and talent development resources. From idea validation to initial launch, growth, and scaling, CCM will function as a regional support engine connecting higher education and industry to drive sustainable business creation and local economic impact.
