Visitors Information
Managing visitors on campus is an important part of maintaining the safety and welfare of our community. Please help us streamline this process by using our visitor registration system:
- Register visitors, vendors and contractors in the Public Safety Visitor Registration system
- Direct visitors, vendors, and contractors to stop at Public Safety Office in Lot 10 to check-in and obtain their temporary ID and parking pass.
- We will confirm their identification, match them against the registration list in our system, advise them of the current campus visitor policy (COVID-19 symptom self-report form), and help them get to their destination.
This system allows us to have a streamlined process to track the arrival and departure of visitors, vendors and contractors and share the location information when needed.

Bomb Threat Response – DHS
The Jeanne Clery Act, (Originally titled The Student Right To Know and Campus Security Act) was established by the Department of Education in 1991. This act requires colleges and universities to prepare, publish and distribute certain crimes to students, employees and the general public annually and/or upon request.
A daily crime log is maintained which contains reported crimes covered under the Jeanne Clery Act that occurred on college property or contiguous areas. This log can be viewed at the Randolph Campus, in the Public Safety Department.
Anyone may have immediate viewing access to the log for the current 60 day period. Upon request, the Public Safety Department will make any portion of the log that is older than 60 days available within two business days.
