Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions that may provide some useful information.

Q.   Is there an application deadline?
A.   No, CCM does not have an application deadline. However, there are placement testing deadlines for each semester.  Placement exam scores take from 2-5 days to be graded and entered and degree-seeking students may not register for any courses until all scores are posted.

Q.   What does the $30.00 application fee cover?
A.   The application fee only covers your application into CCM. The application is good for one semester only, so if you don’t attend, you will need to reapply and pay the fee again.

Q.   What forms of payment do you accept for the application fee?
A.   A credit or debit card is required for our online application.  Please email us at admiss@ccm.edu if you cannot apply online.

Q.   Do visiting students have to apply?  What is the process for visiting students?
A.   If you’re a visiting student, such as someone who wants to take a summer class at CCM to transfer over to their current school, then you need to apply. Every single student that wants to take a class at CCM has to apply first, which can be done online. For more information on the visiting student process, visit our Visiting Students Information page.

Q.   Do I need an appointment to speak with a counselor?
A.   We offer walk-in hours which can be found on our visiting us page and one-on-one appointments which can be requested by emailing admiss@ccm.edu.

Q.   How can I check my application status?

Q.   How do I schedule a placement test?

Q.   How can I register online or find out if a class is open?
A.   For both of those questions, you would go to Titans Direct. All degree seeking students are required to meet with an academic advisor every semester before registering for classes.

Q.   Do I need to submit my high school transcripts?
A.   CCM requires all matriculating (seeking a degree) students to submit their final high school transcript or diploma. If you have already earned a college degree you may submit a college transcript or diploma instead.
