How can the Records and Registration Office help you? The Records and Registration Office offers students a variety of services which include registration, transcript services, student status verification, degree audit information and updates of personal information. The Records and Registration Office helps to manage Web Advisor and Titans Direct, which provide students a variety of on-line functions. By logging in through Web Advisor or Titans Direct, students can register for courses, view their unofficial transcripts, pay their bill and view their program evaluations.

Summer 2018

Registration opened February 12, 2018, and is ongoing until the beginning of any term.

 

Fall 2018

Registration opened April 2, 2018 (for Current and Returning Students)

Registering/Adding classes
  • Online/Hybrid Courses Online/Hybrid classes must be added to your schedule the day prior to the start of the term (not the start date of the class) – no exceptions can be made.
  • Registering for all other Courses – You will be able to add a class to your schedule provided that the class has not yet met. Once a class has been in session, you will not be able to add it to your schedule.
  • Web Advisor or Titans Direct can be used to register/add a class to your schedule up until the day before the term starts, after that you need to visit the Records and Registration Office. 
  • Closed Classes classes may not be over enrolled, please do not ask us

 

GREAT NEWS! Beginning with 18SU5E CCM will introduce a slight change to our refund policy within the 75% refund period of each mini term. For example:

  • Even Exchange:
    • Dropping MAT 110 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
  • Not an Even Exchange because courses are in 2 different mini terms:
    • Dropping MAT 110 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5L
  • Even Exchange with a difference in credits – owing money:
    • Dropping ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding MAT 131 – 4 credits in 18SU5E
      • Stop at the Bursar’s Office to pay the 1 credit difference
  • Even Exchange with a difference in credits – refund due:
    • Dropping MAT 131 – 4 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
      • The Bursar’s Office will refund your account the 1 credit difference

 

**The adding/dropping of classes must be within the same mini term and will follow CCM’s Add/Drop policy (a class cannot be added to a student’s schedule if the class has already met).

 

 

Grading Information

Grades are due 2 days after the final exam is given and can be viewed on Web Advisor  or Titans Direct at that time.

*Incomplete Grades for 18SP16, 18SP14, 18SP10 and 18SP8L are due June 12, 2018.*
