How can the Records and Registration Office help you? The Records and Registration Office offers students a variety of services which include registration, transcript services, student status verification, degree audit information and updates of personal information. The Records and Registration Office helps to manage Web Advisor and Titans Direct, which provide students a variety of on-line functions. GREAT NEWS! Beginning with 18SU5E CCM will introduce a slight change to our refund policy within the 75% refund period of each mini term. For example:

  • Even Exchange:
    • Dropping MAT 110 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
  • Not an Even Exchange because courses are in 2 different mini terms:
    • Dropping MAT 110 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5L
  • Even Exchange with a difference in credits – owing money:
    • Dropping ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding MAT 131 – 4 credits in 18SU5E
      • Stop at the Bursar’s Office to pay the 1 credit difference
  • Even Exchange with a difference in credits – refund due:
    • Dropping MAT 131 – 4 credits in 18SU5E
    • Adding ENG 111 – 3 credits in 18SU5E
      • The Bursar’s Office will refund your account the 1 credit difference

**The adding/dropping of classes must be within the same mini term and will follow CCM’s Add/Drop policy (a class cannot be added to a student’s schedule if the class has already met).
