Tuition Refund Appeal Process
A request for an exception to the Tuition Refund policy must be made to the Dean of Students. To apply for a tuition appeal, you first need to be withdrawn from your class(es) or have a final grade in your class(es). Withdrawing does not mean your appeal will be approved.
NOTE: Refund Requests must be received within the fiscal year that the class occurred for which a refund is requested. The College’s fiscal year is from July 1 through June 30.
Tuition refunds are only granted for two reasons:
- Extenuating circumstances occurred that caused you to be unable to attend your courses, or
- If you believe a college error was made.
