The Institutional Effectiveness (IE) department serves as the data and programming hub of the college, providing essential metrics for IPEDS reporting, supporting national and state data collection efforts, and administering surveys for institutional assessment. The department’s work is aligned with the college’s mission and strategic goals, focusing on enhancing enrollment, retention, and graduation outcomes. To this end, IE has established four primary objectives:
