To provide leadership in the development, implementation and administration of sound human resources policies, procedures and programs which support the College’s overall mission and foster a positive work environment.  Working strategically in partnership with the entire CCM community, the Human Resources Department strives to anticipate and be responsive to the changing needs of our constituents, while modeling integrity, compassion, appreciation for the value of a diverse work force and respect for each individual.
