CCMâ€™s internshipÂ programs combines academic studies with practical, on-the-job experience enabling students to apply theories and skills learned in the classroom to real work situations. For employers, it provides numerous cost-saving and staffing benefits, as well the opportunity to support their communities and influence the educational process.
Today’s student interns can make real contributions to an organization’s productivity.Â They are highly-motivated and bring with them up-to-date knowledge and skills from the classroom, and perhaps a new perspective.

Direct-hire employers may utilize our on-campus recruiting area or arrange for a virtual hiring event any time during the semester.
Qualifying non-profit and public agencies may be eligible to receive a 75% reimbursement of an employee’s wages if that employee is a CCM student receiving a Federal Work Study award.
