Career Services for Employers

CCM offers a range of majors and certificates as well as community-focused professional education programs. How can you play a role in developing our future workforce?  Hire a CCM student, intern, apprentice, or graduate and bring up-to-date knowledge and skills, diverse backgrounds, and experience to your workplace.  Contact us to learn more about how we can help.

Post an Employment Opportunity

Employers can use our online system to advertise jobs and internships to CCM students and graduates.

Internship & Cooperative Education Programs

Through CCM’s Co-op and Internship programs, motivated students pursue workplace learning experiences related to their majors. Participating students have opportunities to apply theories and skills learned in the classroom to real-work situations. While some students earn college credit for their experiences, others participate for the experience alone.  If a student is pursuing college credit, a workplace mentor and specific learning objectives must be identified.

Campus Recruiting  / Hiring Events

Direct-hire employers may utilize our on-campus recruiting area or arrange for a virtual hiring event any time during the semester.

Non-Profit Organizations

Qualifying non-profit and public agencies may be eligible to receive a 75% reimbursement of an employee’s wages if that employee is a CCM student receiving a Federal Work Study award.
