The Department of Information Technologies certificates of achievement at CCM are designed for current or aspiring professionals who are inspired to solve important global problems by using the power of technology. The 15-credit Information Security Program is ideal for those who want to learn how to secure a network, protect private data and set policies for managing the security of a business and the nation. The five course curriculum includes courses in Foundations of Information Security, Network Security and Information Security Management providing a balance of theory and hands-on experience.
Curriculum
Three of the courses include Foundations of Information Security, Network Security and Information Security Management, plus your choice of an additional two courses from Criminology to Ethical Hacking to Routing.
