“My time at CCM was a blast! I made my experience exactly what I wanted it to be and I will always cherish that. Hospitality mentors, professors, advisors, and even my fellow peers, you guys have left such a positive and unique impact in my life. Thank You. I plan on participating in the Disney College Internship Program and then transfer to Fairleigh Dickinson University.â€

“I have to say that after many years, I decided to go back to school and I will not deny that I was a little nervous, not only because of the big age difference between me and my peers, but because I didn’t know if I was going to face any challenges during these two years.  I am so thankful and feel tremendously blessed I made the right decision.  CCM has not just been a great institution to learn from but also a great experience.

I had the opportunity to be a student aide in the Hospitality Department for the Baking Opportunity Program and Culinary Opportunity Program, as well as for CAST.  I really enjoyed engaging and helping the students in these programs, and got to know my advisor and the rest of the people in this department, and had the best experience.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me in the Hospitality Industry. Thank you to all my professors for their unconditional support and for always being there when I needed them. You will be missed.â€
